Avatar is not progressing and reward boxes are not opening

I am currently on level 1555. I have noticed that for the last couple of weeks my avatar is not moving through the levels when I pass them and the reward boxes are not opening. My avatar is still sitting on level 1540 and I need to scroll through to find the level I am up to.

    I have the same problem since level 418! It's very frustrating!

    It seems king care does not want to answer me. Anyway today I tried a suggestion on another thread - rewinning the level and it actually worked. It was a hard level so that was annoying but it is fixed!
