Lost all progress

This is the second time I've lost all progress. Last time I was on level 720 this time I was on level 675. I went to log into soda crush and it has me starting at level one. This is extremely frustrating! Please tell me you can get me back to where I was! This is literally years of work lost. The problem is is that I wasn't logged in and playing through Facebook
