Candy Crush soda & jelly crash when loading a level. (Windows 10 mobile)

I have a Windows phone (Lumia) that I recently updated to windows 10. Was able to download both jelly and soda. The game signs in with my Facebook account, gives me all the notifications, etc. When I click a level to play, it starts loading then randomly crashes.

Already updated. Recent version. Keeps crashing!!! Please help!

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
