How can I restore progress, it reset to level 1 and the login is not recognizing my email address.

How can I restore all the gold bars I recently purchased and my progress to level 248 +/-  in the soda crush saga? I have tried updating my email address and logging in vie emai, and Facebook but it doesn't recognize my e-mail account and Facebook game login has me at level 1 still??? Using my I-pad.
