unable to buy packages

I updated candy crush soda saga 3 days ago, I managed to make 1 purchase after about 24 hrs, I received the gold bars buto not the rest of the package. Since then I have not been able to purchase any packages at all. It keeps saying contacting. I've rebooted my phone several times and even forced the game to stop to see if that worked but it hasn't. Please help.
