On level 376 n the gift box says unlock to get prize n i unlocked it n i havent got the prize

It says that i have to unlock the board to get a prize which i did however i never got the prize  what am i doing wrong

Thank you for contacting King Care!  This was an issue for a long time that apparently was resolved. Read this post, https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/cant-collect-gift-boxes-when-pass-a-level#entry_132308  follow the recommendations and also post in that thread what you posted here, so they know there are still issues with gift boxes.
