Levels past 705 are gone

This "forum" makes no sense to me.  I can read people's issues and I can tell other's have the same issue as me.  But how do we get a resolution to the problem???  That isn't listed anywhere.  It will not give me any levels beyond 705.  I have lost all my bonus progress.  Thank God this is only a game and not something my life depends on because there hasn't been any help provided.  I'd be dead by now if this was a medical emergency.  I feel like I've just wasted hours on a dead end experience.  I shouldn't have to have my issue be the most trending to get an answer.  I will not play this game again until you get me back to level 895 and restore my bonus level.  There are other games.  Heck, I could read a book!
