I cant figure out how to respond to any questions so I will put it here. Level 1966 & 1968
Level 1966: you have to clear the bottom boxes first, you should end up with 6 bottles. To get the remaining 6 to drop you HAVE to use a striped candy on a row that has NO water on one of the columns that drop the bottles. Took me 10 bars and numerous boosters - mostly striped lollipops/regular lollipops. Level 1968: use a striped lollipop on the fourth hit to pop the white candy bar. It worked twice for me.
