Logged in my email and lost 300 lvls of progress

I was on lvl 509 on candy crush soda on my iPad, when decided to log in to my email in order, first to Secure my progress and second to migrate soda to my android phone without losing any work done.

Doing so I instantly got to lvl 227, losing almost 300 lvls of game already played...

Please, please help me get back my progress!
