Make fish to hit the bottom candy stick. When you're about to hit the last mark to make it burst, use a fish candy and a vertical stripe candy together. It will spread the jelly up to the second column. Then you use a striped candy to hit the horizontal column facing the striped candy that comes down after you get rid of those black squares.
