Glitch on level 1993 Candy Crush Soda

Today, 1/24/18 I played level 1993.  I got to the next to last bear....with two moves left.  And the game froze.  Nothing would unfreeze it and yes, the half bear glitch was still there.  When I rebooted my Ipad, I went back and the three boosters I used (fish, color ball, and dotted ball) were gone.  But I was back on 1993 as if I lost.  THIS was foul on the game's part.  I had no opportunity to use a hammer or do anything to remove the half bear.  I would like my boosters returned and the game fixed.
