Can’t collect gift boxes

I see that you say you solved this 9 months ago but this is a new problem for me in the past 60 days. I have logged in and out, deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing works.  I have passed 5 gift box levels and not received the gifts. Plus, if I close the app it takes me back to that level when it opens up.  Help.

Yep. Same problem still. No reward levels and I have to manually get to the level I’m on when reopening.

Scrolling up? That seems to be an issue too

I have a link with details on, as soon as there is an update we will add it to there, but it seems to be only affecting certain players so its harder to pinpoint.
