(SECOND REQUEST)   I've now lost two Division Levels, and two contests because I was unable to proceed‼️‼️   I'm NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH KING, as per usual

See that levels 2081-2089 are available past paint sign. PLEASE MAKE THESE ADDITIONAL LEVELS AVAILABLE TO ME, SO I MAY PROCEED .. As it is I lost / was moved down a rank from having been held up by KING'S process of holding People back until they're ready to allow a user to proceed. A very unacceptable Customer Service, to be sure‼️‼️‼️‼️

You're not being held back, the game has a schedule of releasing levels as they don't make an entire game before they release sets of levels. Its an ongoing programme.
