How can I get a refund?

I would like to know how I can get a refund for money spent on a game that had a glitch.  I spent the money to beat the level but it kept shutting down and going back to beginning.  I was told it had a glitch.

    Thanks for the tip but when I tried that all I got was a reply from them saying to go to King Care. I'm pretty frustrated!
