Gold Bars were taken no items

Tonight I accidently hit the buy for 39 Gold Bars for the new items, I was asked to choose three items so I did, 2 of the items was supposed to be for 1 hour each making it 2 hours in total, the 3rd item was a hand I'll assume that was a switch. I didn't get any item so honesty I'd like my Gold Bars returned please. Thanking you in advance for your help. I've been a loyal player for years now and I'm sure you can check and see that I never got the items. I glad you finally fixed the level issue It took so long I thought it was broke forever I love this game. I was playing 7 at a time and I needed to get rid of some but I kept this one and only this one.
