Level progress problem

it is about soda Crush. My dad love to play it. He called Me today. (We live in different cities in Turkey)He says he was at level over 1000. However he found the game level about 700s. I have already asked he he is online and connected to Facebook. He says he is online and connected to Facebook. He says he is so sad. 

Please help us

    I love the fact your dad is playing and so high too. A lot of players are being set into the wrong levels for some reason. Can he scroll up to and play his correct level?
