Lost levels. Have done as suggested but no luck

Was on level somewhere between805-808. Back at 705 and don't know why. Followed all the suggestions in the help centre and still no luck. Thanks

Are you still having this issue? How are you logging into the game? (King or Facebook account) If you log in with that account on a different device or on facebook what level do you start at?
