Coincée au niveau 705

Bonjour

Depuis plus d'une semaine, je suis coincée au niveau 705 alors que je l'ai dépassé depuis plusieurs mois .... je suis normalement au delà du niveau 1000 !

S'il vous plait, debugger le jeu !

    Are you playing in the candy crush app? Or in Facebook app?

    Try reconnecting with facebook to make sure the correct account is connecting

    Please follow these steps:

    First let's make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game. To do this open the game, go to the Settings menu in the bottom left-hand corner of the opening screen, now find the option to select 'Log Out.'

    Next, if you have the Facebook app installed on your device please also make sure that the correct Facebook account is signed in.

    Now force close all apps and turn off your device.

    Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.

    Now reopen Candy Crush Soda and reconnect the game to your Facebook account via the blue 'Connect" button and check your level

    For more than ten days I'm stuck at level 705 while I have exceeded for several months .... I am normally beyond the level 1300!

    Please, debug the game

    Hi Chris, how are you logging into the game?(facebook or king account) What level are you at on a different device?


  • I'm loggin with facebook, and i play only on my tablet.

    I was at level 1300 or more .... I don't remember ! And now, i'm blocked at level 705
