Still can't access my gift boxes as I advance levels.  I have reinstalled and completed updates.  I have advanced several times and can not get the extra boosters.  This is my 2nd complaint.  I received gold bars before for my complaint but I would rather have the problem fixed ASAP!!

You are correct, we are seeing more reports of this. I suspect it is an issue, can you confirm you tried the usual troubleshooting?

I am going to pass it on again The moderator won't be in the office though until the middle of next week now.

I came back on to complain again about the same problem and noticed that you responded to my last complaint. Thank you!

Yes, I did try some troubleshooting.  I uninstalled the app, reinatalled and of course lost all of my history.  I did this process on both my tablet and cellphone two (2) times.  After I unistalled it the first time, I also removed it from my tablet and only played from my cell but that did not work.  

I am still having this problem.  The box will pop up telling my that I will get a prize if I pass the level but once I pass; I can not access the gift box.

Hi Keisha, it seems we're still having this issue...can I ask if your avatar is stuck at an older level or is that on the correct level it should be?

And can I ask which OS you are using just to complete the feedback. The studio are having trouble getting to the bottom of it which makes it harder to fix
