Why the game(set,play) Candy Crush Soda does not work on my mobile(portable)?

I am registered for several years and I have reach the level 719. But I changed mobile(portable) yesterday and I have no more the game(set,play) and I have to begin again since the beginning! Has t there - he(it) a solution please? Do I have to uninstall this game on my former mobile and the résinstaller on the new? Have I the guarantee to being able to find my route such as I left him?
