NEW PHONE, PLUS LOST MANY LEVELS ON OLD PHONE--NO REPLY FROM KING CARE
I was playing on Candy Crush Soda Saga on level 696, went to another window and when I returned it took me back to level one. I did not clear my cache, history or anything. I also have not recently saved my progress via FB as I had not been on there in months. All gold bars are gone, bonus items for continuous play (31 straight), saved fish, etc. Can you assist? Did not hear back from you all (initial question asked 02.25.18, then 02.28.18, 03.01.18), now I have a new phone where the app has to be added to it.

I am sorry you have not yet received a response. The posts don't always show up straight away despite checking, it only seems to show so many, a point we have raised for the new site to be changed.

We ALWAYS advise you connect either to Facebook or to the Kingdom. If you have an open Facebook account, even if you haven't been on it for months, the game will automatically register progress to it as long as you are logged in. Just in case it has been doing that without you realising, could you try to log in to it on your game.

I know you lost your boosters, but your game progression and gold should still be there. If it hasn't come back when you connect to Facebook, can you come back and let me know and I will pass it to the moderator as she should be able to restore your progress
