I lost my bonus by completing challenges

I lost my cell phone and when I reinstalled the candy crush soda game, I lost bonuses for completing challenges and the figures I collected a long time ago. I'm in phase 1552 and always game connected to facebook. I would like to get back the prizes I've won and the collectible figures. How do I do? Remembering that I have not lost my progress in the game just the rewards for completing challenges and the collectible figures.

Hello! I am very happy to have answered my question. But I do not think I was clear in my explanation. I lost my cell phone and he spent some time lost at the airport (over a month), during that time I changed my cell phone temporarily, but I was able to get my cell phone back. Oh you mean you LOST it. I think I would have died lol. Glad you found it though! 

Have you checked the app store for updates? Its either because the game isn't updated or the challenges have maybe stopped as sometimes they are only testing and vanish after they have collected their data. 

Do you know what the challenges were?
