not connecting or synking to king not accepting my password to conect

Good afternoon Sin,
when you say its not syncing etc, are you sure firstly that you have the right password? You haven't forgotten a capital or special character?
Are you on a mobile or a computer? Could you go to the website and try to log in, and if it fails there, you are given the option to reset password.
Try that and then once that has been reset, try logging into the game again
