Accounts Merged Accidentally

I know this is a question already answered many times, but all the answers talk about a private message.

Me and my doughter have different account but now I have the same level of her, I should like to return to my old level.

I have a FB account, my doughter doesn't.

Cause this merge I also lost all the bonus achieved in the last 292 days.

Could someone please explain us how to unmerge the accounts and if it's possibile to have back the bonus.

Hi Antonella, did you try logging out (in case it did it automatically) and logging back in as you?

Hi. It was all wonderfull till yesterday. Today I'm again at the same level of my dougther, but nobody logged or do anything strange. Now I don't remember exactly what level I was but surely not the 1600 of my dougther.

And again I lost my level and my bonus. What is going on???

Hello, sorry if I bother you with this issue but I really would like to solve my problem and come back to my original level.

As suggested by you I have created a new account named antosnella linked to the mail lazzera69@gmail.com.

I'm really sorry to have lost all my bonus (the daily one (I was at about 285) and more than 100 bonus per type.

I was at level 665 and I don't want to restart the game. Thanks for the help.

@AP Creation I am sorry that you have experienced this problem. We are unable to merge accounts so the only solution is for one of you to create a brand new account either Facebook or Kingdom (please make sure that it is connected to an email address) once you have done this I will add the levels to this account.

What happens if you log out and then log in with your Facebook?

Does it give you back the level you are on?

The reason that the responses usually mention private messages is because the care team have to check players accounts and that cannot be done on a public forum, so if your daughters account is now synced with your Facebook account, can you come back and let me know. In which case, I will pass it on to one of the moderators and she will be in touch
