third time this has happened. on windows with FB or on android, it starts me on 1285, but I am on 1419. It tells me to unlockc 1287 for some free stuff. keeps happening every few months, please fix

I replayed level 1285 for about the 5th time and that seems to have fixed it for now. thx.

Really sorry but there's nothing much I can do at the moment as the Studio is still investigating. I can offer to reset your game, if it hasn't been done yet, but in that case you would lose your personal scores. However, if that's ok with you we can try and see if that solves the problem - Unfortunately, I cannot guaranty that it will.

Hi The wire, I will pass this over again. As Mia said, they are working on it, but the workaround has worked for everyone I have seen so far...the only thing is, it seems there might be more than one level affected. Have you been back to level 1 and checked there are stars on every level? I know you have been patient....extremely patient and not just with us here but with the game. The studio seem to think this is the best way at the moment to nudge it back into position. They thought it was just one level but I saw a screenshot earlier where there were at least 3 in that one image
Well, another week has passed, I now have to scroll through 230 levels every time. Any chance of fixing this ever? Been months
nope, tried that months ago. this seems so simple (I'm a retired IT exec). I give up.....

I am really sorry. Please be aware that our Technical Team is doing everything they can do to resolve this as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, at this time we are unable to give you an exact date when this will be resolved.
We have a workaround though - I don't know if you've tried it already: Scroll back to the level your Avatar is stuck on and replay it ; it should then mean the next time you log in, the game will open on the correct level. However, I cannot guarantee that this will work for sure but its worth giving it a try... there are some examples where it worked. Let me know how that goes for you!

well, yet another week has passed, i'm now at level 1510, but it still brings me to 1285 every time to start, android and pc. Been only 8 weeks since i posted this problem. if no one wants to fix this, guess i'll find another game.

Really sorry about the issue... I understand it's frustrating and very inconvenient. I have reported this to the Studio again this morning and I'm waiting for an update from them.
I hope that we can sort it out once and for all. I will keep you posted as soon as possible.

In case anyone cares, , still not fixed. I have to scroll through over 200 levels every time. Been months. Can't believe I'm the only one
King do care, The wire, unfortunately they have to go in order of priority..and each studio works independently of each other. Perhaps we should all bombard King HO, maybe they could make them work quicker
3 more days. Apparently king doesn't care. I'm on level 1486, but it stars me still on 1286 and I have to scroll. Facebook and android.

As Chicken Slayer mentioned, you can try the troubleshooting if you haven't done it yet - See below.If you have done that and it still not updating, I can offer you to reset your game and have you back on level 1475 on all your devices. The only thing is that it would make you lose your personal score... Still having same problem
It seems to be ongoing at the moment but the team are aware of it
Still happening, been weeks this time, and this is at least the third time. very frustrating that you can't fix this
It is for us as well as we have to keep telling people that they are aware, but that's the last we hear for a long time. All we can do is apologise as its up to the Studio's themselves to start fixing and King care has no power over them.
You can scroll up to your correct level though?
It has been escalated again as many are having the same issue

I wish they would stop writing me every day saying that the think you solved my problem
I get the same emails on mine. You can turn them off in settings. I suspect that's why so many mark their own responses as solving it just to shut it up a bit. You can mark it as helping but we are aware and we know its not fixed so it will make no difference to us
Still not fixed. I am at level 1462 but it starts me on 1285 and I have to page forward. does no one care about this? on android and FB
They do care. I wish they would hurry up with it as its been going on for so long. Unfortunately though they have to balance glitch priority with general game release and new features and everything
Its not helping now that Facebook have changed things and many games have issues so they are having to work on them as people cannot play at all.
