Your device is not compatible with this version
Hello,
I allow myself to write to you because the application asked me to make an update, however I can not carry it out because I have the following message:
"Your device is not compatible with this version."
I have been playing for a number of years now and have never had this problem.
What should you do?

Hi Zaza, unfortunately with the need to keep on top of all the devices and technology, they have to keep the games as new and updated as they can. Unfortunately this means that if you have older devices, they will not be compatible anymore.
Always check the latest system update as sometimes if your device OS is ready to upgrade, that can sort it out.
