I can't load level 1911 despite having completed the previous level.

    Can you tell me which device/OS you are playing on and I will get you the troubleshooting link. I do know that they are having issues with the gift boxes not working :(

    Hello, i have the same problem for months the game start always with this level 1911 even if i am now at 2041. I am on IOS + Ipad Apple device.
