I Uninstaller and re-download after several crashes midgame ALL MORNING! I'm on level 2076. Fix this king! I'm on Galaxy S5 and S6

Good evening Shabrianna, thank you for posting on King care.
Often device issues can be the cause of crashing even with a reinstall if the cache etc isn't cleaned. Can you follow the steps in this troubleshooter and if that doesn't work, I can then pass it on
