Candy Crush Soda not playing

Level 1

I have a windows phone.  Soda told me version was out of date but wouldn't let me update so I converted my windows 8.1 to a 10.1, uninstalled and reinstalled.  Soda loads, goes to the levels, i select play, it tells me it is a hard level and then goes back to my phone's turn on screen.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times, turned the phone off, cleared my browser cache, I have 1.42 gbs to use so it has enough to run.  Help

    I am currently waiting for some advice from the team, but they won't see the post until Monday as its the weekend. 

    Can you delete the game from your phone again then the game purchase from your app store, so it doesn't show as to update but rather to get. And see if that helps. Also, try a different network connection please.  I'm probably clutching at straws but it helps some people :)

    I have deleted and reinstalled so many times, I have installed using my phone's data connection and then a WIFI connection, neither works.  I am currently on level 723, the game version now seems to be the current version but it just won't let me play, I can get the free bonus's from each day )was up to 367 days but lost all that),  I got an hour of free play yesterday but then the game wouldn't actually let me play.

    That is incredibly frustrating. I am sorry nothing helped.
