Stuck at level 1240

Question

I completed level 1240 (Candy Crush Soda Saga) and no stars appear and I cannot advance to the next level. There is a gate with nothing after it. This occurs on my phone and tablet, as well as directly through Facebook. All apps are updated. What can I do?

Hey back again :)

There are 2275 levels at the moment. Could you on one device to start with, check your app store and see if there are any updates waiting. Although if you are playing on a browser this wouldn't affect Facebook. Facebook could affect the other devices though.

Could we start by removing the app from Facebook on your browser, follow the cleaning steps here

Reboot your computer and open Facebook. Install the app again and see if the next levels appear. If not, come back and let us know and I will pass you over to one of our brilliant moderators :)

Hi Linda, thank you for posting on King care.

I  don't know what the top level is, so I am going to find out. It might be that you are there already and waiting for a new release.
