It seems after the latest update my level rewards that i hit dont get received. Is there a reason?

Can you let me know a little more of what is happening? Is it the general game play rewards that you are not getting, like the gift boxes? Or one of the ingame minigames?
Can you also try this troubleshooting here please and if you could upload a screenshot of the issue, that would be hugely helpful!
