why is it telling me it cannot run webGL?

Hi Kayla, can you tell me which version of windows you have. Has it recently updated? and if so which version number it is (settings then updates then history)
Which browser are you using? Have you tried another browser? And can you check your usual browser for updates.
If you use Google chrome
To verify you have enabled WebGL and hardware acceleration in Google Chrome please perform the following:
Launch Google Chrome
In the Address Bar, navigate to chrome://settings/?search=hardware
Verify that “Use hardware acceleration when available” is turned on
Quit and re-launch Chrome
If the issue persists, please try a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox
