Did not give me the prize after passing the level. It has happened 3 times already. How to fix it???

Hi Eugenia,
Can you confirm that your avatar is following you through the levels? This is one of the main reasons why this issue happens. Check your levels and try to find if your avatar is at the same level as you. If this is not the case, then you need to beat that level in order to "unlock" that level and get your avatar back where it was.
