Soda saga keeps starting me at level 1150

Help please. I’m at level 1354 but it keeps starting me at 1150. 

Happens on all devices and Facebook on pc. Tried completing level again, clearing cache, reset etc and nothing works. 

Any thoughts on what to do now.

Oh, that's bad news. But we'll find a way Adam, stay with us!

Can you go back to level 1150 and beat it? Basically that level is (or should be) showing without any stars, which is why the glitch is happening. Half of the game thinks you progressed but another part of it (rewards for instance) does not have the same information, so to say.

You need to pass the level and get some stars on there to fix it. If this doesn't help, I'm afraid we need a screenshot of what is it that you are facing in order to help you.

Hi Adam, where is your avatar? Is it on the level it should be or the earlier one?

I know we have had a lot of reports from players with the same issue, so I will add you to the moderators list to see if he can do anything

Hi there. My avatar is shown next to level 1150 when you start the app on this phone, if that is what you mean.

Yep that's it, that's why the game isn't registering you as moving ahead. See what Xarly says tomorrow

If you go back to that level and beat it again, does this move your avatar back to your actual level, 1354?

No it doesn’t change. At the time it moves on, but if I restart the game it goes back to 1150.

Hi Adam,

We've done a reset on your levels and put you back on 1354. Let me know if this fixed the issue, hopefully it did!

Please note that now all your previous levels will have 2 stars (it's limitations of the feature) but you can always go back and get the 3 stars if you feel like it :-).

Oh, that's unfortunate!

Could you please try to disconnect and re-connect to the game? If needed you could also deinstall the app and then reinstalling it. If after all of these you're still there then we can take a look at different possibilities :-).

Hi Xarly. 

I first tried to break the link with Facebook. Didn’t work. 

Then uninstalled the app on my phone. Re-installed and it started at level one. 

Associated it with Facebook and back to 1150. 

Played level 1343, removed the Facebook link and closed the app. 

Loaded again and still came back at 1150. Reinstalled Facebook sync and still 1150.

I have finally managed to complete 1150 with 3 stars and you are right it has moved on.

Seems to be ok on all devices and has not taken me back to 1150 yet in a few hours.

Hopefully this is now all good.
