Level 2357 crashing and showing I haven’t beat it and I have twice!!!!  Used up 2x $14.99 and knocked me down 2 fairy levels!!!

I am having exactly the same problem.  It's very frustrating when you use 'extras' and gold coins.  Don't they test these boards on all of the platforms?

Good afternoon and thank you both of you for posting on King care. 

The levels are supposedly tested, but sometimes it can be a device conflict or sometimes a small piece of code that doesn't work properly resulting in issues like this.

As regards the paying for boosters to pass the level which you clearly lost, we usually cannot deal with that on King care as it requires sensitive information. However we do have a dedicated team to take care of this, if you look at this link, there is a contact form on it where you can contact the team. 

The good news about it is though that the studio are aware of the issue and are investigating. I know we write that a lot as regards issues, but the good news is because it affects game play, it instantly becomes higher priority.

We have been asked to pass the affected posters over to the moderators who can help you so I will do that now and Xarly will be in touch

I downloaded the updated app yesterday on my phone and the problem is still not corrected.  Xarly was supposed to be 'in touch', but that hasn't happened either.  What is going on?

There is a good chance that he sent a PM to the poster rwing31,  I will let him know you are having issues too

I know he mentioned that he could move players on a level to get past the crashed level, but it would manually reset all previous scores and stars to 2 stars every level so its up to you

I would think the way money is made on free games is by folks like us they do pay for the boosters?

That doesn't solve the problem. At best, it helps a few people get around the problem but leaves it there for the next group of unsuspecting users. Fix the underlying problem and be done with it.

Hi Debbie and rwing3l,

The studio is working on a fix for this that should hopefully be fixed soon! I understand the frustration but right now we just have to hope that they manage to find a solution as soon as possible. Make sure you are properly connected and have the latest version so that the bugfix comes as soon as it's implemented.

In the meanwhile, I have compensated both of you for the issues (also left a gift on Jelly so that you can enjoy it there while the fix happens). Please come back for any feedback or if there's anything we can do to help you - that's what we're here for :-).

I logged in soda and I didn’t see the credits for the 2 timesI purchased the $14.99 packages. That was the yummy mix with 100 gold bars and 3 each of the boosters X 2..... also still on 2357 and my fairy is is only partially (3) items full.  I beat the level with the paid boosters twice but it isn’t showing it
