Lost progress after resetting of Whindows 10 phone

Several days ago I reset my Windows 10 Phone to factory settings. Later on I reinstalled CandyCrushSodaSaga and logged by my Facebook account. I was really surprised, when I found out myself on the very first level of my favourite game after it. I've checked the game via Facebook game app on my laptop, and discovered that my progress remained there the same: 2053 level (not the first one, you see ). I tried everything, that the regular techsupport suggested me via mail in order to recover my progress at my Windows Phone (logged to the same facebook account), but it didn't work. The final suggestion from them was to address this problem to the community. Please help me recover my progress at my mobile phone. Thank you in advance.

I also need to add there is a windows 10 and facebook connection issue at the moment that the  studio is working on it
