Two major glitches

1) When I log in lately (even after many hours of not playing) it shows me starting out with zero lives. 2) Despite playing every day for almost a year, my daily treasure reverted back to Day 1.    Both of these glitches are frustrating!!  How can I get both of these issues resolved?

Hi Tracy, the daily bonus reset is an issue. And they are aware of it, but its not higher on the list of priorities.

Are you connecting to Facebook? If so, you need to have a look at this article. I know there have been a lot of issues with windows 10 connection which is a separate issue, but I know I have had to reallow permissions again. Its all to do with Facebooks recent scandal so they are changing all settings.

My game profile is not connected to Facebook. Thank you though!

Ah well that rules out that issue at least! So it might be a good thing lol. How about the kingdom? Are you normally connected to that? I would advise one of them so that you don't lose progress. It makes it easier to get it back

I am going to ask one of the moderators to see if he has any other ideas Just out of interest, if you are playing on a mobile device have you tried a reinstall?

Hi Tracy,

Chicken Slayer has pretty much mentioned all there is! I just wanted you to know that I'm not aware of any other case of no lives showing up so we might have to need you to collaborate with us in order to help you. I'm sure Chicken Slayer can help us narrow down the issue here. Eventually, we'll need some sort of screenshot so that we can show the team what's going on and have them help us fix this.

I'd first try reinstalling the app and doing the usual troubleshooting because it does not seem like something that is happening to other players, up until now.

We'll keep an eye on this and we'll be here to help you out :-).
