Game thinks I’m on lower level

Candy Crush Soda thinks I’m on level 1285 when I’m actually up to 1502. I’ve tried logging out/in, deleting the app, etc. It’s the same on both my iPad and my iPhone. I’ve even replayed some previous level around 1285 and nothing works. Tried email support months ago with no response

Hi Christen!

This is a known issue on our side. But while we work on fixing it, you can easily work around it by passing that level 1285 again. Basically, that level should appear with no stars, which is why the game puts you back there every time you start. All you need is to play it and get stars on it. It could happen as well that other levels on the way have the same issue. Again, just pass those levels and you should be place in your current and correct level, 1502.
