Syncing between Amazon Fire tablet and laptop

How do I sync my Amazon Fire tablet and my HP laptop? I use the same account on both but only receive the lives from friends on the tablet. The laptop tell it is sweeter to play with friends. The levels are updating between devices but not the lives.

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
