Can't claim rewards.

I have a reward that has been completed for weeks but the claim button is greyed out. I have logged in and out of my King account as well as my Facebook account. I've closed the game, restarted it, updated it and nothing works. The reward gives six different boosters and I don't know how to fix this problem. Any help is appreciated.

It says that I will receive rewards and I claim them and never get them ???
