No gold bars recieved for Bubblegum Hill

Every time I am in the ruler of bubblegum hill at the time the contest ends, I don’t receive any gold bars for my reign. This just started happening several months ago with one of the upgrades. It is frustrating because I often use boosters for the 5th challenge and feel like I have wasted them as well. I see there are a lot of similar questions here, but no real answers posted - please help.

Hello MSegura. Unfortunately, the only answer I have right now is that if you had been de-throned at the end of the event that you wouldn't get as many gold bars as if you had been on the top. Are you sure you were still on top? If so, I will have to let the Moderator know about this so he can help you a lot better than I can. Thanks Laura - but I don’t get any gold bars when the challenge ends even for my time on top. I have gotten into a habit of checking my gold bars prior to competing and then after to ensure I wasn’t given at least one bar. I would appreciate if you would pass this on to the moderator as I see I am not the only one with this issue. Thank you.
