What’s happened with loads

loads of problems

1. When game opens it opens on a level I was on ages ago. Now need to swipe loads to get to my actual level. Loads at level 1828 actual level 1924.

2. No more gifts when completing levels

3. Chests are at the levels when I open the game not near my actual level. They are on 1832 etc.

please let me know what’s going on. It’s getting painful every time I start the game

I'm sorry you had this issue, but I've got good news for you, there's an easy fix to all three!

They're all connected to number one, your game believes you are in level 1828, instead of 1924. The way to fix this is simple: you just have to play 1828 again and make sure that some stars show up after that.

This is due to a connection issue that creates a glitch that makes the system believe you still didn't pass 1828. Just pass that level again and you'll be back in 1924, which will guarantee you get gifts and the right chests.
