Candy crush soda just keeps coming up as "error loading " on my pc and on my ipod it won't load at all.?

Hi Marilyn, it has to definitely be a glitch because a lot of players posted yesterday and today saying that they can't load it. I will notify a King Admin when he gets to work tomorrow morning and he will notify the studio.
nothing worked = i have tried absolutely everything . nothing seems to work - very irritating!!!
Hi Marilyn, I am starting to think that it might be a glitch because a few players wrote about it this morning. I am going to elevate this to a King Admin but he won't be back in the office until Monday. Try clearing out the history on both your computer and iPad. Shut down your iPad, wait 10 seconds and then open it again. Open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in to see if that resolves it on your iPad. On the computer, make sure that you have the most recent update on whatever browser you are using. Please let me know if any of these work before I elevate it to a King Admin ok?
