I've refreshed a gazillion times, rebooted my laptop multiple times, reinstalled Flash, cleared my cache and have tried 4 different browsers. Still getting the "Error downloading, please refresh the page".

Hi Lisa, there is a glitch with the game because a lot of players have written here about it. I am going to give this info to a King Admin tomorrow when he gets to work and he will notify the studio.
