Candy Crush Soda Saga: Issue on Browser - "Error downloading, please refresh the page"

Hi everyone,

Thanks to your reports and the work from our Superstars we reported to the studio that Candy Crush Soda Saga is not working as intended on any browser. The studio is already aware and is working on it.

In the meanwhile, we suggest using the platforms that do work well - iOS, Android and Windows 10 platform.

This is just a workaround for the time being and we apologise for all the troubles. We'll get this fixed as soon as we can.

I'm happy to say that this is now fixed. If you have any issues always try deleting browser data and cookies if needed. If after all your game has the same issue still, please do let us know.

I play my five levels, it shows I will get five extra when it goes fishing. And them it only gives me 1 extra lives life.

I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:
