Daily Jackpot win

I am up to level 3569 and only for the second time won the jackpot daily prize.  Again it failed to deliver the prize.  Also every time I log on a pink rosette appears in the lower right hand side and refuses to disappear therefore locking the game.  Has King lost interest in supporting this game? I assume less people are playing it and therefore not getting the level of remuneration to keep up the technical support!

I'm sorry these things happened. They're both very likely related to connectivity (that is the pink rosette that you describe). You need to make sure that you are properly connected to the servers in order for all of the information to be stored properly, and for the game to function properly.

Just make sure that your device has a stable connection and that should help fix all of these.
