My Candy Crush Soda has gone back to level 1 multiple times.

I have cleared my cache and did the html5 test. I am using Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have read several of the answers given and none of the fixes have worked for more than one session.

    Theresa, you can try using the icon in the upper right of the screen (it looks like an arch) to open your current episode. That way you don't have to scroll through all the levels, just the levels in that episode, to get where you are. I know this is an issue that has been brought up before, but I haven't heard any update on it as of yet. Can you tell me if this works for you? I eagerly await your answer!   • Hi Laura. I actually discovered that the real problem is that the map resets to level 1. I have to open the map and find my current level. Pretty annoying actually.

    Like Laura perfectly mentioned, we cannot help you with restoring the level. You need to follow the article that she dropped above (it's this one). Then read it, and if you still cannot solve this, then there is a contact form at the very end of it for you to get in touch with our Player Support team.
