Passed Level 1737 but won’t unlock gifts

Hi! I have passed level 1737 several times trying to unlock the gifts and it won’t unlock the gifts. It’s linked to 1737,1739,1745,1750,1760- all I have passed but none have unlocked. I have logged out of Facebook a few times, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Can you help me?

Hey Adamsdanm!

I'm sorry you're having this issue. Can you confirm to us if when logging in to your game you are already placed in your last level or not? This is usually connected to your avatar being stuck elsewhere. If that's the case, you need to beat the level that you are "stuck" in (even if you already have passed it). This will take your account back to the actual level and have your gifts and rewards working well again for you.
