Map starting marker not updating

When I load the app, I am always at level 1005 on the map even though I’ve already beaten levels through 1158!  This means I have to scroll through every....single....time.  I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded several times on all devices but issue is still not fixed.

Hi Amy,

I believe this has to be with the level you can see as the last one you passed (1005 I presume?). You need to pass that level specifically (since it probably has no stars in it) and then it will unlock your progress again.

Amy, I believe I have seen someone else say the same thing. Since you have already tried the solution we give to try to correct it (clear cache, which is done when you reinstall for sure), I will pass this on as feedback. I believe if you click on the thing that looks like an arch in the upper right corner of your screen, then the episodes are listed. Just click on the one you are on and you will be put at the beginning of that episode. Then you only have to scroll through a few levels instead of lots. Can you tell me if that works for you? I tried the arch also but the farthest it takes me is “delicious docks” which is level 1006.  Delicious docks is the area at the top of my list too.
