Green accept button in messages for lives sent by friends isnt highlighted. Why not?

I have at least 13 messages in ccs from friends sending lives but the accept button is not highlighted. This is the same for ccj and cc. What am I doing wrong? It allows me to send lives, of course I don't know if the people get them or not but the send button does seem to work.

Susan, I believe this is still an ongoing issue with Facebook, which is affecting all kinds of games including King games. Are you connecting via FB? If you are then there has been no solution given yet, and we are waiting for an answer ourselves. Hopefully an answer will come soon! Thanks for writing and have a good day.
